AI DEEP REVIEW

Worth AI Review

8.2/10Recommended

A polished, actively maintained desktop companion that surfaces real DSH agent status; safe and well documented for Wind

Code quality8

README references CI smoke tests on Ubuntu 22.04 with Xvfb, an ACCEPTANCE.md record, a CHANGELOG, and prebuilt per-platform helpers, indicating structured engineering practice.

Security7

Installation is via npm or a GitHub Release .tgz with no plaintext secrets or download-and-execute scripts shown, though the macOS helper is only ad-hoc signed and not notarized.

Utility9

It solves a concrete pain point by showing real DSH agent state (thinking, editing, testing, waiting, done) in an always-on-top window so users can leave the DSH tab.

Maintenance8

Last updated 2026-08-25, not archived, version 0.1.9 with an alpha channel, and the README documents an update/rollback path and release-watch feed.

Documentation9

The README gives per-platform install commands for Windows, WSL2, Linux, and macOS, plus system requirements, a state diagram, screenshots, and Gatekeeper troubleshooting.
