AI DEEP REVIEW
Worth AI Review
6.8/10Consider
A polished, well-documented Windows-only desktop pet plugin, but its utility is cosmetic and security is unverified.
Code quality7
README documents a clear modular structure (server index.js, client.js, pet.html) plus build/synthesis tooling, but no tests or CI are mentioned.
Security6
Install instructions rely on PowerShell scripts (install.ps1, apply-main-patch.ps1) that patch DSH's main.js and may require admin rights, and the license is NOASSERTION, so risk cannot be fully assessed.
Utility6
Provides a decorative desktop pet with voice, animations, and task-completion alerts, which is a nice-to-have rather than a common developer pain point.
Maintenance7
Last updated 2026-08-15, not archived, and the README shows active tooling and FAQ sections, indicating ongoing upkeep.
Documentation8
README is thorough with install commands, usage tables, architecture diagram, customization steps, FAQ, and disclaimers, though the excerpt is truncated mid-acknowledgements.
