AI DEEP REVIEW
Feature-rich DeepSeek balance badge with usage stats and update mechanism, but no tests or CI are evidenced.
README documents a clear Host/Client split (lib/index.js, lib/client.js, cordis.patch.yml) and config persistence, but no tests or CI are mentioned.
Plugin reads DEEPSEEK_API_KEY from ~/.dsh/.credentials.yaml and calls the official balance API, but the self-update feature performs git fast-forward pulls from the repo, which is a supply-chain consideration; insufficient info on sandboxing.
Solves a real pain point by surfacing DeepSeek account balance, multi-currency quotas, peak/off-peak pricing, and per-key usage stats directly in the Harness sidebar.
Last updated 2026-08-25, not archived, version v1.5.2 with auto-update checks every 6 hours, indicating active maintenance.
README covers install, uninstall, configuration, parameters table, architecture, and pricing sources in detail, though it assumes familiarity with DSH profile bundles.
